What is Phantoms Records?
Phantoms Records is an independant label located in France that strives to make only the best-sounding records and offer unique products.
As collectors ourselves, our label was born from the growing disappointment that we felt with the current state of the indie market. Most companies try to cut corners and churn out as many licenses as possible for profit — we don’t. Instead, we are here to do better for the community by offering only the best service and quality, no matter how long it takes and how much it costs.
We work in partnership with passionate, talented people who are all amazing at what they do. Each project is individually mixed and remastered in studio with high-end analog gear to provide an exceptionally warm, dynamic, and rich sound. Each artwork is carefully thought out and crafted for the project to be visually stunning. Each record is manufactured by factories we carefully selected for the quality of their pressings. Everything is made with vinyl in mind!

Are pictures faithful to the final product?
All images depicting items are real photographs taken by us. Mockups are only used for the thumbnails. Please note that records with specific colors and patterns are subject to slight variations from copy to copy.
Why make each project limited?
At Phantoms Records, we believe each project should feel unique and special, this is why we will not do any repress. Once a release is sold out, it’s gone for good!
Which payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) and American express.
What about shipping?
We ship worldwide via insured DHL shipments at fixed rates (valid up to two records per order).
France: 12€
Europe: 16€
Rest of the world: 25€
Each order does not include VAT, feel free to check your country’s VAT regulations.
Where can I find my invoice?
We do not usually provide invoices unless requested. If you would like an invoice, send us an e-mail with your order number (see contact information below).
When will my order be shipped?
Every single item listed as available on the website is already in our hands (no pre-order). A single person handles all shipments, this is why orders can take up to 14 business day to ship. If you haven’t heard from us by then, please contact us (see below).
Can I return my order?
The deadline to return an order is 14 days from the date your package was collected by you or an appointed third-party. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. Money will be refunded at no extra cost through the means of payment you used to complete your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Regarding cancelation, you are free to do so as long as your order was not already prepared for shipment.
What if my order is damaged or missing?
No worries, we are here to assist you! Feel free to contact us (see below) with your order number, and we will troubleshoot the problem at the best of our abilities.
About returns
We strongly recommend you choose an insured and trackable mail service for returns. We cannot be held responsible if your return package is damaged or lost in transit. We cannot issue a refund prior to receiving your package.
