About exonorm

exonorm unfolds across approximately 25 minutes as a concentrated electronic statement blending experimental sound design with darker club-adjacent textures and poetic vocal expression.

The conceptual axis draws parallels between contemporary society, including online communities and the so-called “Internet Indie Scene”, and celestial mechanics. Orbit, repetition, gravitational pull and collapse become metaphors for digital-era interaction.

The artwork was created by renowned Japanese artist パンチ (Punch), whose distinctive visual language blends monumental celestial forms, dramatic color contrast and surreal spatial tension. The composition, centered around a massive sphere suspended within a red-toned landscape, evokes isolation, scale and cosmic imbalance, reinforcing the album’s thematic exploration of societal gravity and existential orbit.

The vinyl itself features a transparent deep red base with a pronounced black smoke effect, visually echoing the red tonal tension present within the artwork.

The sleeve stands as the true centerpiece of this edition. Constructed using an ultra high-density board exceeding standard vinyl packaging thickness, it delivers exceptional rigidity and weight.
