This is not a repress. This is not a standard edition. This is the end of a story.

in your arms by Kiyosumi was released in a strictly limited run of 500 hand-numbered units. It sold out. The pressing plant we worked with Deepgrooves subsequently filed for bankruptcy, taking with it the original master lacquers, stampers, and all remaining stock. No repress has ever been possible. No repress will ever be possible.

After more than two years of legal proceedings, the plant was acquired by a new operator. In a cardboard box on-site, we recovered approximately 150 copies of the original vinyl, surplus units from the correction run that had never been delivered. They were never part of the original numbered 500. They are what survived.

These 150 copies are the last units of this record that will ever exist. This edition is their final form.

Release Note:
– Strictly limited to 150 units worldwide. No repress possible, ever.
– Original “Nightmare” pressing half white/half transparent vinyl with dual splatter pattern.
– Pressed on 33RPM, 160g vinyl using two sets of stampers for maximum sound quality.
– Fully remastered to match Kiyosumi’s original vision using high-end analog gear.
– Rigid sleeve at approximately 1500GSM produced by Phantoms Atelier. Four times the density of our standard premium sleeves.
– Textured white granular matte paper with selective high gloss finish on black and red elements.
– Hand-numbered from 1 to 150, a standalone series, entirely separate from the original 500.
– Polylined inner sleeve and PE protective outer sleeve.

Phantoms Atelier is the packaging and collector edition branch of Phantoms Records, dedicated to producing physical objects that fall outside what the standard vinyl industry is built to make. The rigid sleeve developed for this edition represents that approach applied without compromise, in material selection, surface treatment, and structural density. Some of you who have held our recent releases already know what that difference feels like in your hands.

in your arms is currently trading above €300 on the secondhand market. These 150 copies are the only new units that will ever exist. Once they are gone, this chapter closes permanently.
